The Brave Browser

Over the last few days I’ve been testing the new Brave browser – a completely different type of internet browser that is not only 27% faster on average compared to all other browsers out there, but allows you to block obtrusive advertising, 3rd party cookie and pixel tracking, malicious advertising (or malvertising) and more.

Not only that, but the final release will also enable in-browser micro-payments with a built-in Bitcoin wallet.

Pretty awesome!

I’m usually a stickler for staying with the browser I’m most familiar with (in my case, Safari for MacOS), but I have to admit that even the current developer version is really impressing me. And yes, it really is faster.
